Asics Gel Sonoma 6 Gtx Black for Women
The Asics Gel Sonoma 6 GTX running shoe is designed for the great outdoors. Taking inspiration from the ASICS family of trail running shoes, this versatile model is ideal for trail runs, easy climbs and other outdoor adventures.
We also used fewer resources to color the insole for a more sustainable design approach. This updated version of our trail running shoe is finished with a GORE-TEX™ upper to keep your feet dry on wet terrain.
Our goal this season was to improve the fit of the upper, so we implemented a new mounting design that provides a more secure fit in the midfoot and heel, while the wider toe box gives the toes plenty of room to spread out. Synthetic stitching on the linings is designed to improve durability, protecting your feet and reducing slipping.
Underfoot comfort comes from a full-length AMPLIFOAM ™ midsole and GEL ™ technology cushioning unit placed where runners need more effective shock absorption. To increase softness with every step, we have inserted an ORTHOLITE ™ insole for excellent comfort. Additionally, the multi-directional grip outsole improves traction on different surfaces.
All of these comfort-oriented components are complemented by durable properties, like the sturdy rubber outsole, making this shoe a versatile choice for trail running.
