Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICIES (Europe - Not Italy - For rules of the Italian market, please go here)

You have thirty days to request a return through our returns service according to Legislative Decree 206/2005 . Once the request has been completed and accepted, the courier will come to collect the package at the address to which we have shipped unless otherwise communicated.

The return of "bulky" products (treadmills, table football, exercise bikes, ellipticals ...) has its own timing and rules (see "Bulky Products" section at the end of the page)

  1. From the user panel select the item on the left concerning Returns or replacements;
  2. Select one or more products you want to return;
  3. Tell us the reason for the return and fill in the fields;
  4. Wait for our communication for instructions on how to pack the product for return.
  5. Relax with a glass of fresh water and wait for the courier.

- Not Registered?

If you placed an order as a guest , you can request a return here . The refund will be made with the same payment method through which the order was made (with the exception of the cash on delivery for which a refund method will be chosen by agreeing it together).
If you have problems with the procedure you can write to [email protected] with the details of your order (product id, order id ..).
We inform you that refunds by bank transfer are made only on Italian current accounts.

- Refund times

Once the return request has been received, Sportnet will confirm you within 48 working hours if it has been accepted .

Once it arrives in our warehouses, your product will be subjected to quality control within 2 working days of receiving it.

As soon as the quality control has given a positive result, the new order will be shipped in case of exchange. In case of a refund, we are going to issue it in 24-48h.
In the event that the product should have defects attributable to incorrect use not communicated in time, no refund will be issued and the cost for collecting the product in our warehouses will be borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for failure to collect a non-refundable product. This product will remain in our warehouses for 30 days and subsequently destroyed.

-Shipping and Returns

a) For returns, you will be refunded the full cost of the product minus the initial shipping costs (those you paid during the purchase).
The refund will also always deduct 15 euros for return management costs if you use our easy return service (via our courier).
If you paid with Paypal, the return costs will be reimbursed by Paypal (whether incurred by you or via easy return). Info here

b) If you do not want to take advantage of our easy return service, you can send the product with traceable shipping directly to our central warehouse and receive a refund of the entire amount paid (less the shipping costs initially incurred). Products sent by non-traceable courier will not be accepted and, consequently, rejected to the sender.

c) We remind you that any Cash On Delivery fees are not refunded in the event of a return request.

d) In the event of problems related to product defects (which must be communicated upon receipt of the product itself and in any case no later than 24 hours from receipt), a voucher will be issued as a refund that can be used on after checking the products in the our warehouses.
The products for which a return is requested by default may be subject to delays in the evaluation due to authorization by the manufacturer.

e) Returns will be accepted within 30 days of product arrival. Returns requested after 30 days from the arrival of the product to the customer will not be accepted except for cases of defects in the product itself that derive from willful misconduct or fault of the manufacturer or for ongoing promotions with longer return times;

- Size change

If you want to replace the product you received with another product or change the size, follow the normal return procedure or contact us.

The first size change is always free for products with a purchase value of more than 100 euros within 14 days from the arrival of the product.

The cost of the exchange for products of less than 100 euros is equal to 8 euros.

The size change can always be made within 30 days from the arrival of the product at your home.

-How to ship the product back

We offer you the convenience of being able to request with the utmost simplicity the collection of your product, at home or at an agreed address, by the courier who will have the task of returning it.
In addition, to make the operation even easier, together with the confirmation of acceptance of the return request, you will also receive an e-mail with all the information on how to pack and ship the product correctly .
Returns shipped independently or not entrusted to the courier in charge will not be accepted unless prior communication with our team.

-Return or exchange with payment on delivery

The return procedure is identical to the previous ones, but in no case will the amount paid for the cash on delivery be refunded as an accessory service explicitly requested by the customer.

- Bulky products

The return of bulky products (treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, table football, ping-pong tables, other game tables or in any case objects with a footprint greater than 15kg - volumetric weight -) is charged to the customer and can not be carried out beyond 14 days from receipt of the product.

The products must be returned in conditions equal to those in which they were received , therefore " new and packaged ".
The product must be resalable online , therefore the packaging must be the same used for shipping (including packaging - where present - of the product itself).
The product must be 100 % functional unless there are problems already present from the parent company (to be reported immediately ).
Considering the value of the goods, shipments must be made by insured express courier .
We can directly book the courier for the return.
The return and shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Any damage or shortcomings in the returned product will be charged to the customer in the event that there should be willful misconduct, negligence, voluntary or involuntary omission in the management of the product itself.
Products assembled and used by the customer cannot be returned, as the product would lose its "new" status.

Dispute Resolution

We always strive to ensure that the customer never has problems with their orders or products.

In the exceptional case in which this should happen, for disputes over the sales contract: it is governed by Italian law. In the case of a consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the seller will be competent, if located in Italy. For any other controversy, the Court of Benevento will be competent.
