Mizuno Wave Momentum 3. A volleyball shoe with a Basket soul, in our opinion. Why? For the style and the structure of the midsole. Stylistically appealing, with futuristic lines, it is a comfortable and stable shoe, definitely lighter than it may seem (340-360g from women's to men's depending on the size).

Midsole with Enerzy foam that provides excellent responsiveness and cushioning. Wave system for greater stability on the heel and new structure of the eyelets for improved fit and fewer pressure points.
In both high and low versions, it features a unique, soft, and non-restrictive sock with pads to support the ankle.
Perhaps our favorite shoe for this 2023/24 for heavy and non-heavy players who want a stable and light shoe. We recommend it for spikers, opposites, and middles, even heavy ones, who want a stable shoe. It is quite flexible, so it does not cause serious losses in responsiveness... but there are still shoes more suitable for fast and free players.
