We make sure your products get to you safe and sound . To do this we rely on the fastest and safest international couriers.
- Where we ship
We ship to the entire European Community, the Vatican State and San Marino with the exception of free zones.

Shipping costs are shown in the following table.

The product is considered "Standard" when it has dimensions of less than one cubic meter and weighs less than 10kg.
The product is considered "bulky" when it has dimensions greater than one cubic meter and weighs more than 10kg.
- Order Received!
Once the real availability for sale of the ordered products has been ascertained, your products are entrusted to the express courier within 24 hours: you will receive the products 48/72 hours after shipment. The times indicated refer to the delivery on the peninsula and on the major islands.
-When they knock on the door
The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. It does not deliver after telephone contact or in specific time slots.
- Ship to a different address
It is possible to ship the ordered products to an address other than your home .
You can change the shipping address at any time. In case you forgot before making your purchase, you have until 11:30 the same day if you ordered in the morning or 11:30 the next day if you order after 12:00. We will change the address you have chosen.
-Are not you at home?
If there is no one to receive the courier at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notice of its passage. We will check the progress of the delivery. Should any problems arise, you can contact us by email or phone.
Otherwise, the Sportnet staff will get in touch with you to receive instructions about a second delivery attempt and, therefore, communicate it to the courier.
-Days we do not ship
The courier does not ship on Saturdays and Sundays . It is also not operational on the following dates, which may delay the expected delivery times.
1st January, 6th January, Easter Sunday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 24th December, 25th December, 26th December, 31st December afternoon.
- Unreachable addresses
The courier cannot deliver in some Italian areas such as: Campione D'Italia, Livigno, Lipari, Lampedusa, smaller islands (excluding Ischia and Elba where you can receive your order with all payment methods, excluding cash on delivery), Vatican City and a few others. - Shipping and Cash on Delivery
In the case of cash on delivery the courier will come home and ask the amount to be paid. In the event that the package is rejected for the first time, it will remain in storage. It will be necessary to request the return of the product.
If it is refused a second time or the customer is absent, the product will automatically return to our warehouses and the order cannot be repeated.
