SHIPMENTS

We make sure your products get to you safe and sound . To do this we rely on the fastest and safest international couriers.

- Where we ship

We ship to the entire European Community, the Vatican State and San Marino with the exception of free zones.

-Shipping fees

Shipping costs are shown in the following table.

The product is considered "Standard" when it has dimensions of less than one cubic meter and weighs less than 15kg.

The product is considered "bulky" when it has dimensions greater than one cubic meter and weighs more than 15kg.

- Order Received!

Once the actual availability of the ordered products has been confirmed, the package will be handed over to the courier within 24 hours: Orders are delivered within Italy in 1–3 working days. If you request shipping outside of Italy, you will receive it within 2–5 days. The 2–5 delivery days refer to working days and start from the moment of shipment.

For shipments directly to the islands, delivery times may be longer than indicated due to specific logistics related to the destination. Working days do not include Saturdays and Sundays, during which shipments and deliveries are not made.

If the order is placed before 12:00 PM, we will do our best to ship it the same day. For orders placed after this time, the shipment will definitely be sent on the next available working day.

Any delays or strikes by the courier cannot be predicted and are not attributable to our company.

-When they knock on the door

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Deliveries are not made by prior telephone arrangement or within specific time slots.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery.

We are committed to providing a fast and efficient shipping service to all customers. For this reason, we kindly ask you to carefully verify the delivery address provided and to monitor the shipment status via the tracking service.

Please note that in the following cases:

-refusal of delivery by the recipient;
-absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, after the number of delivery attempts scheduled by the courier;
-failure to collect the parcel from the Parcel Shop or pickup point within the timeframe established by the carrier;
the order will automatically be returned to the sender.

In such circumstances, the shipping costs incurred, including any return shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund amount.

This measure is necessary to cover logistical costs already incurred and non-recoverable.

It is understood that if the refusal of delivery is due to delays not related to holiday periods, damage to the parcel, or order processing errors attributable to our organization, the shipping costs will not be deducted from the refund.

- Ship to a different address

It is possible to ship the ordered products to an address other than your home .

You can change the shipping address at any time. In case you forgot before making your purchase, you have until 11:30 the same day if you ordered in the morning or 11:30 the next day if youorder after 12:00. We will change the address you have chosen.

-Are you not at home?

If there is no one to receive the courier at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notice of its passage. We will check the progress of the delivery. Should any problems arise, you can contact us by email or phone.

Otherwise, the Sportnet staff will get in touch with you to receive instructions about a second delivery attempt and, therefore, communicate it to the courier.

-Days we do not ship

The courier does not ship on Saturdays and Sundays . It is also not operational on the following dates, which may delay the expected delivery times.

1st January, 6th January, Easter Sunday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 24th December, 25th December, 26th December, 31st December afternoon.

- Unreachable addresses

The courier cannot deliver in some Italian areas such as: Campione D'Italia, Livigno, Lipari, Lampedusa, smaller islands (excluding Ischia and Elba where you can receive your order with all payment methods, excluding cash on delivery), Vatican City and a few others. For more information you can contact us.

- Shipping and Cash on Delivery

In the case of cash on delivery (in Italy)  the courier will come home and ask the amount to be paid. In the event that the package is rejected for the first time, it will remain in storage. It will be necessary to request the return of the product. We do not have COD payments outside of Italy.

If it is refused a second time or the customer is absent, the product will automatically return to our warehouses and the order cannot be repeated.
