Return and Refund Times

 
q: How long does it take to return or exchange?

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, therefore new and resalable, with tags attached and parts and components still present. Some product categories are excluded from this list (see here)

 
q: How can I request an exchange / return?

You can make the request from your customer panel (if you have an account) or via the link HERE . Proceed with entering information. The procedure is automatic. Wait for a response from our team via email. We may request additional information.

 
q: When will I get my refund?

Upon receipt of the product, we will evaluate the condition of the item and proceed with the refund within 24-48 working hours. The refund will be issued with the same payment method with which the order was placed.
In case of online voucher request, a coupon code of the return amount will be issued. The coupon does not expire.

 
q: How does the return work?

We give you the possibility to return the product through our courier for 12 euros. A preferential price negotiated with our courier who guarantees a pick up on the desired day, parcel tracking, notification by sms / mail and insurance. The 12 euros will be deducted from the final refund. Alternatively, you can ship the product independently to our warehouse by tracked courier.

 
q: Shipping Costs

Any shipping or cash on delivery costs incurred during the order are not refundable, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Paypal can reimburse the expenses incurred for a specific request.

 
q: Does the change have a cost?

The first exchange of products with a price higher than 100 euros is free. For lower priced products there are 15 euros to be paid via Paypal, Scalapay or Bank Transfer. We will send the courier to proceed with the exchange.

 
q: The product has a defect. How do I proceed?

If the product has a defect within the warranty date provided by the manufacturer, you can contact us on [email protected] and send the documentation. We will take care of presenting your case to the manufacturer. If the defect is found within 48 hours of opening the product and was easily visible at a first inspection, we will take care of the replacement.

 

Bulky Products

 
q: Bulky product returns

The return of bulky products (treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, table football, ping-pong tables, other game tables or in any case objects with a footprint greater than 15kg - volumetric weight -) is charged to the customer and can not be carried out beyond 14 days from receipt of the product.

The products must be returned in conditions equal to those in which they were received , therefore " new and packaged ".
The product must be resalable online , therefore the packaging must be the same used for shipping (including packaging - where present - of the product itself).
The product must be 100 % functional unless there are problems already present from the parent company (to be reported immediately ).
Considering the value of the goods, shipments must be made by insured express courier .
We can directly book the courier for the return.
The return and shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Any damage or shortcomings in the returned product will be charged to the customer in the event that there should be willful misconduct, negligence, voluntary or involuntary omission in the management of the product itself.
Products assembled and used by the customer cannot be returned, as the product would lose its "new" status.

 

Dispute Resolution

We always strive to ensure that the customer never has problems with their orders or products.

In the exceptional case in which this should happen, for disputes over the sales contract: it is governed by Italian law. In the case of a consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the seller will be competent, if located in Italy. For any other controversy, the Court of Benevento will be competent.
