Asics Gel Task MT 3 is a volleyball shoe with Gel inserts in the heel. Comfortable and soft, it changes slightly from the previous version. The Task MT 3 is more structured in the midfoot with a plastic insert that avoids unwanted twisting of the foot.
It protects and supports the ankle well thanks to the height of the collar. A good level shoe for category players. Excellent for 2-4 workouts per week at a low pace for consumption that lasts a whole year.
Many players in high categories (above B) choose it for its lightness (it weighs very little) but, obviously, for players with a high weight and with many workouts per week, its life is reduced to a few months of use.
