Mizuno Wave Momentum 3. A volleyball shoe with a basketball soul in our opinion. Why ? For the style and structure of the midsole . Stylistically captivating , with futuristic lines, it is a comfortable and stable shoe, definitely lighter than it may seem (340-360gr for women and men depending on the size).

Midsole with Enerzy foam that provides excellent reactivity and cushioning . Wave system for greater stability on the heel and new eyelet structure for improved fit and fewer pressure points.
In the high and low version it features a unique , soft and non- constrictive sock with ankle support pads .
Perhaps our favorite shoe for this 2023/24 for heavy and light players who want a stable and light shoe. We recommend it to spikers , opposite players and even heavy middle blockers who want a stable shoe. It is quite flexible , so it does not cause serious losses of reactivity ... but there are more suitable shoes for fast and free players.
