‌It is made up of a bidirectional carbon tube and a core of medium hard Hypersoft foam, laminated with smooth glass fiber and carbon fiber weave. Its heart is also reinforced with a simple carbon fiber fabric.

All materials are impregnated with Varlion 's exclusive VAR - FLEX epoxy resin , to obtain maximum elasticity and resistance, and covered with a layer of titanium dioxide.
